I know what you are thinking : “those beers are so good, it would be a shame the mix them with other products!” and to be fair, we felt the same way… but then we thought it takes all sorts to make a world! Besides, as much as you love beers, don’t pretend you would turn down a fresh lemon and ginger cocktail, we dont believe you !
Marilou’s lemon, ginger and rosemary shandy
Ingredients :
2 cups of ice
Lemon juice (about ¼ a cup)
1 tablespoon of sugar, honey or maple syrup
¼ teaspoon of fresh ginger, peeled and grated
1 can (473 ml) of White Sober Carpenter beer
1 or 2 branches of fresh rosemary
Directions :
1. Fill a big glass of ice
2. Add lemon juice, sugar and ginger then stir well with a spoon so the sugar is completely dissolved.
3. Fill the rest of the glass with the White Sober Carpenter beer, then garnish with the rosemary branches and some lemon zest to serve.
